Courses - Round Two

Specification to Evaluation

This training focuses on demystifying RFQ/RFT scoring and evaluation so attendees understand how these work in a logical and simple manner. It takes attendees through the correct way to establish questions and scoring then the correct way to evaluate responses. It demonstrates a simple and efficient method of developing specification response sheets, establishing scoring for them then managing responses.

Attendees will have a clear understanding of a compliant and efficient approach that they can apply immediately. They will work through simple activities to embed the learning. Attendees should be able to develop and manage a compliant and defendable specification development, evaluation, and feedback at the end of this training.

They will understand how the specification and evaluation work together to deliver the best supplier to meet their needs. They will take a quick look at the supplier market and understand some simple items to shape their specification. They will then learn the correct approach to specification development and tie that to the correct way to evaluate to ensure they select suppliers, faster, with less stress and better outcomes.

The scoring process is the main focus, so it works for quotes as well.
