Course Description

The course is designed as an intensive course. Staff will only be able to take away and apply select learnings as they apply to their level of skill. Staff at all levels can attend and all will take something useful away.

The course takes staff through the theory of contract management, organisational aspects, how it links to the tender, then provides advice on key aspects of mobilising a contract, administering it, establishing performance management regimes, a brief introduction to supplier management, then finishes with dispute management and closing a contract.

Whilst it is intensive, there is the ability to discuss related queries if attendees have them.
