The one day workshop assists participants to prepare and plan for negotiations and challenges, understanding their own behaviours in these circumstances. Participants will explore human behaviours and emotions and how these inform communication techniques. They will develop confidence in, and strategies for, communicating in challenging situations.

Program Overview

Strong influencing and negotiation skills are key to success in today’s workplace. It is not always what you say, but how you go about saying what you mean, which can open doors and influence and engage others.

A challenge for many leaders is managing the number of internal and external clients who have a stake in the results they achieve. The ability to negotiate effectively and be influential in delivering information is critical to achieving desired outcomes, for oneself and the broader organisation.

Workshop Outline

The one day workshop assists participants to prepare and plan for negotiations and challenges, understanding their own behaviours in these circumstances. Participants will explore human behaviours and emotions and how these inform communication techniques. They will develop confidence in, and strategies for, communicating in challenging situations.
