MAV Procurement & Contract Management Excellence Series 2019
Update your local government procurement skills and knowledge with MAV’s Procurement & Contract Management Excellence Series 2019. This training series has been designed specifically for local government staff with contract management and procurement functions. Our program is targeted at both introductory and more advanced competency levels so this series will provide you with the most up-to-date knowledge and understanding of procurement within the local government sector.
The Contract Management Excellence Series sees the introduction of three new courses. These courses have been developed and added due to sector demand and will provide local government procurement staff with relevant up-to-date training in line with what is currently being asked of procurement teams across Victoria. These courses are:

- Collaborative Procurement
- Introduction to Category Strategies.
