Governance Essentials for Local Government runs over one-and-a-half-days and includes three modules:
- ‘The role of the council and councillors’
- ‘Leadership and the councillor’s role’
- ‘Introduction to finance for councillors’
These programs are conducted for us by the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
