​The Sustainable Transport Plan will be project-based. It will identify successful sustainable transport projects from the abundance of council innovations in this field and ask: how can we assist other councils achieve similar success?

The survey has five questions and each response must be less than 500 words. Councillors and officers are encouraged to participate - more than one response per council is permitted.

The survey will be available until Friday 18 November 2011.
