We would like to extend a special congratulations to William (Bill) McArthur, who led the MAV as President from 2009 to 2016. His dedication to his community and the Victorian local government sector earned him a Medal (OAM) of the Order of Australia in the General Division.

  • Cr Arron Wood (Current City of Melbourne Councillor)
