Free Introductory Module: Doing Business with Local Government
Overview: The Doing Business with Local Government module assists suppliers in building a successful, long-term relationship with local government. The program examines the role of procurement within local government, and the guidelines and legislation which councils must adhere to when making purchasing decisions for goods and services. has been developed to assist suppliers to build successful, long-term relationships with councils by understanding their procurement and legislative requirements when making purchasing decisions.

Procurement Essentials for Local Government
Overview: This course provides practical and insightful training on the end to end procurement process. It includes an overview of procurement methodology, the different approaches to engage suppliers, governance, ethics and legislation as well as evaluation and selection considerations.
Length: approx. 90 minutes (4 modules)
Contract Management Essentials for Local Government
Overview: This course is designed to provide the learner with techniques and tools to effectively manage supplier relationships. Commencing with an overview of why contract management is important, it covers the fundamental elements of good practice.
Length: approx. 40 minutes (2 modules)
Probity for Purchasing and Procurement
Overview: An essential course for anyone who raises a purchase order, authorises a contract or procurement exercise or is involved in buying in any way.
Length: approx. 25 minutes (1 module)
Evaluation Panel Member Responsibilities
Overview: An essential course for anyone who will be required to sit on an evaluation panel. It includes an overview of the end to end evaluation process, including evaluation criteria and scoring methods.
Length: 40 minutes (1 module)
