Local Government Workforce Development Group

The Local Government Workforce Development Group (LGWDG) comprises representatives from each state and territory Local Government Association, formed to provide advice on workforce matters to the Australian Local Government Association.

The LGWDG commissioned a set of national and state reports to provide the evidence base needed to support effective advocacy in workforce development matters at both a state and national level.
