Other Training
MAV Procurement offers additional training sessions in collaboration with key partners to support councils in building capability across core systems and tools.
VendorPanel Training
MAV Procurement, in collaboration with VendorPanel, is pleased to offer upcoming training sessions designed to support councils and associate members in building capability and confidence when engaging with the VendorPanel platform.
These sessions will provide practical guidance for council officers on how to:
- Navigate the Vendor Panel system to access MAV panel contracts
- Locate key information and conduct RFXs through the platform
- Strengthen transparency and compliance with procurement policies
- Enable accurate reporting on spend and engagement activity.
By participating, councils and associate members can ensure their teams are equipped to use the platform effectively while maintaining probity and good governance practices.
These training sessions will be held quarterly, with two streams available:
- Introductory/Refresher Session – for officers who are new to VendorPanel or seeking a refresher on the platform’s key functions.
- Administrator Session – for nominated council administrators responsible for managing user accounts, setting access levels, and performing other system tasks
We are also happy to run in-person sessions at council or associate members offices. If you would like to explore this option - or have a specific topic you’d like us to facilitate - please reach out to the MAV Procurement Team via procurement@mav.asn.au to discuss how we can best support your needs.
