Each panel has been established through a rigorous public tender process, reducing the time and cost for councils and associate members while ensuring consistency, reliability, and value for money across fleet procurement and management.

  • Bulk fuel (petroleum, dieseline and aviation).
  • Bulk bio-diesel supply.
  • On-site refuelling services.
  • Fuel card services.
  • Oils and lubricants.

Plant Machinery and Equipment

Contract: NPN4.19

Expiry: 30 September 2029

Extensions: 2 x 3 years (Latest expiry 30 September 2035)

Scope:

  • Compaction and road construction equipment.
  • Concrete equipment.
  • Utility vehicles.
  • Elevated work platforms.
  • Tractors and mowers.
  • Landscaping equipment.
  • Compressors and generators.
  • Associated plant and equipment.

Spare Parts

Contract: LB318

Expiry: 30 September 2027

Extensions: 2 x 3 years (Latest expiry 2033)

Scope:

  • Supply of spare parts across a range of plant and fleet assets.
  • Associated maintenance and support services.
  • Access to a register of pre-qualified suppliers.

Trucks, Buses, Specialised Trucks, Truck Bodies and Trailers

Contract: NPN 1.23

Expiry: 31 January 2027

Extensions: 2 x 3 years (Latest expiry 2033)

Scope:

  • Light, medium and heavy rigid trucks and prime movers.
  • Electric and converted rigid trucks.
  • Refuse compactor bodies and waste vehicles.
  • Street sweepers and cleaning vehicles.
  • Road maintenance units.
  • Trailers and light commercial utility bodies.
  • Truck and trailer mounted elevated work platforms.
  • Commercial van fit-outs and modifications.
  • Wheelchair-accessible vehicle conversions.
  • Mobile libraries and site caravans.

Tyres, Wheels and Associated Services

Expiry: 30 September 2027

Extensions: None

Scope:

  • Tyres and wheels
  • Fitting, balancing and maintenance services
  • Repair and replacement services
