  • Software and Licensing (licensing, leasing, cloud, smart cities, geographic information, mobility services).
  • Professional Services (strategy, analysis, cyber, design, training, support).
  • VMWare.

Incident Management Systems (Datalink)

Contract: ME4315

Expiry: 30 June 2027

Extensions: 1 x 2 years (Latest expiry 30 June 2029)

Scope:

  • Incident and emergency management system (Crisisworks).
  • Emergency response coordination and tracking.
  • Establishment and management of relief centres.
  • Support for community recovery services.
  • Emergency planning and operational support.

Integrated Library Management System (SirsiDynix)

Expiry: 30 June 2027

Extensions: 1 x 3 years (Latest expiry 30 June 2030)

Scope:

  • Integrated library management system (ILMS).
  • System implementation services.
  • Ongoing system support and maintenance.
  • Library and corporation-wide integration.

Microsoft Arrangement

Contract: NPN2.17-3

Expiry: 30 September 2028

Extensions: None

Scope:

  • Microsoft Enterprise Agreements (EA).
  • Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) services.
  • Open licensing arrangements.
  • Microsoft Product and Services Agreement (MPSA).

Telecommunications

  • Telecommunications hardware supply.
  • Core telecommunications services.
