Lunch & Learn with Baby Makes 3
Presented 5 May 2026.
Baby Makes 3 is an award-winning, evidence-based social change initiative that supports families during the transition to parenthood. By embedding gender equality within health and social systems, it helps prevent violence against women while promoting the mental wellbeing of parents and children.
This ‘Lunch & Learn’ session was focused on strengthening gender equality in everyday practice.
We explored how small shifts in practice can challenge outdated gender stereotypes, promote equal co-parenting, and support families to build equal and respectful relationships from the start.
Presenters: Emma White & Rachael Dooley from healthAbility.
